BELLINZONI IDEA GOLD:- Exceptional anti-stain product based on nanotechnology formulation, it protects marble and granite stones from a wide range of stains. IDEA GOLD has prolonged efficacy.
Transparent protective used for maximum protection of all stone surfaces against water penetration, oil, fats and moisture. IDEA GOLD works great even on shiny materials, allows the stone to breathe, blocks efflorescence, penetrates deep, does not alter the natural color of treated surface and does not create any film.
Spectacular “pearl effect”: water droplets on treated surface take shape of spheres, which glide away on sloping surfaces or immediately afteran airblow.
Laboratory tests demonstrate the UV resistance of product, which has no color change even after prolonged exposure. It is perfectly invisible and leaves unchanged the original color of material. It prevents formation of mold.
Unit
Surface must be clean and dry; stains, mildew, crusting must be scraped off otherwise they will be harder to remove after protection. Application can be done by brush, by roller or by spray gun. It is suggested, when possible, to apply the product by brush because it allows the product to penetrate better into the stone. Application of IDEA GOLD by brush, making pressure, will facilitate penetration into frames and cavities. Continuously repeat the application, without interruption, until the stone has been saturated (the stone does not absorb further product). It is also possible to apply IDEA GOLD using a low pressure spray dispenser, at a 20-25 cm. distance from surface, taking care of remove possible leakages. In case of excess after the application, remove it by rubbing with a cloth soaked in the product and then dab with a dry cloth.
During the application and subsequent drying, the temperature of the substrate should be between 10 and 30°C. In case of application on floor with under floor heating system turn off heating and allow the stone to cool completely.
Marble, Granite, Sandstone, Limestone, Engineered & Artificial stones.
For the protection of polished marble and granite, 1 liter of product can treat 15 to 25 sqm, depending on the absorption and degree of finish of the material. In case of unpolished marble, calcareous stone, limestone, sand stone and concrete with 1 liter of product it is possible to treat 8-15 sqm.
